For most of my career, I have been involved in recruiting, from my Military days until now. The years taught me so much, and it is an area that I excel in. Our services include an overview of your entire recruiting department and the current processes for you. We will solicit opinions, with anonymous surveys, of your department and its drivers. Just because you may think things are going well doesn’t mean they are. Once completed, we will present our findings and suggest changes that should be made if you want to see improvements in your recruiting operations. We will do a follow-up review after 6 months and will be available for email and phone support to answer questions for one year after the completion of the evaluation. Based on the industry average, our cost is less than the company's cost to process a new driver.
